My English Room (beszélgetés)
thanks Brizzy!
I couldn't go today :-( sore throat! I am feeling really crappy!
Do people find out who has given them the present? It's usually meant to be kept a secret. That way you can just sit back and watch the faces when the pressie is unwrapped! :-D
Coffee mug sounds like a good idea anyway!
Hi mociscsaj.
In the theatre played vidám darabot.
We don't seed, because, big was the traffice, and we don't was that at time.
We will be at hom for christmas.
Hi all,
abidah, what sort of "art" did you go to see? Was it the theatre? Did you see a play?
Greentee,it is hard to get a present (we call it Kris Kringle here in OZ) for the boss, but something funny should go down ok (at least it would here, where people have little respect for authority YEAH! :-)))))
I don't have any family at all in Australia, even my son is still in Japan and neither I or my partner are big fans of Christmas celebrations. It is annoying how people go nuts, buy everything in sight whether it be good, useful, necessary or pure rubbish...It also annoys me when people are such hippocrates around Christmas! They don't give a rat's arse about each other all year and than at Christmas they all want to "catch up".
Anyway, that's my Christmas whinge! LOL
We were planning to go out in the bush, go camping over Christmas, but presently it is uncertain whether there'll be any "bush" left at all with all the huge fires that are raging throughout Victoria and Southern New South Wales. Unfortunately there will be people left without homes and posessions for Christmas.
It is nice when people can have a peaceful christmas without hippocracy, and to those who live like that: Merry Christmas!!!! :-)
Last Sunday we just had the Carol in our Church, it was really great, beautiful sunshine 28 degree(+), ideal for a Downunder Carol :)
Our kids already married, no grandchildren (yet) so we are our own, and seafood salad, and some ice creme ,and that's all:)And I am coffeeholic too!:)
Hello Greentee!
I am coffeeholic too! Yeah!:))))
My family is very small and we don't have traditional because we are adult and we don't have any children in this family. I don't like Xmas, because I am sad in those days, my closer family members who were die in my head.....You know. I think if I have children, my Xmas will be great!:))
No coffee, no workee. I am getting work- and coffeeholic. :)
And X-mas is coming. How Christmas goes for you? Big family-feast, shiny tree, presents, kids around, large meal?
We usually spend christmas with small family - mum, dad, myself, no flikkflakk, just peace, love, some fish soup, stuffed turkey, cinnamon muffins and some vine.
What about you?
"Try to find some for the boss. Great! :)"
Just one word came my mind .."Sh...t"or how we say here in downunder:Bloody "sh...t" not a great choice!!!:))))))))))

Some said, if we had another one santa on the shelf, it'd be against the law, cuz the place would look like a pagan shrine. :)
Another event for today: we dropped our names into a hat and everybody picked someone to present to, just like in the school. Cool. Try to find some for the boss. Great! :)
From everybodies Santa's caming. :)
We got a chocolate santa, and two little chocolates.

I don't work like a crazy horse, but the Santa not here!:)))
