I love my current job, but find the people a big boring yawn!!! :-))))
Maybe one day I will have a job that I like amongst people I also like!
LOL
I can only hope!

Hello Mocis!
It is very good!!! 20,5 cm????? WOW! It is effect for your hard work! The kilogramm is not intresting, just the cm!
Thanks Brizzy! That's very nice of you.
I don't know about this being a huge loss, because it is a sum of my losses all over. As in a couple of cms off the waist, the same off the thigh etc. Still, it's not bad!
I haven't thought much about Christmas and weight loss, because we don't worry too much about Christmas celebrations. We don't have any extended families to get together with, so there will be very little in the way of "feasts" :-)
I think we might just get some nice prawns or something, but I am actually looking at booking a big bin for the days over Christmas because my house needs cleaning up.
We live in my partner's house and mine is vacant at the moment. It needs emptying so that I can try to rent it out.
So there you go! Exciting plans for Christmas! NOT!!! LOL
20.5 cm is HUGE LOSS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And huge congrat for it, I trully mean it!!!!! Just keep going that way .
And from the "Biggest Loser" series I know for ladies is MUch-much harder to lose weight like for us boys!!
Your 20.5 cm equivalent my 50 cm waistloss!!!
For Xmas I've got a guru (Christian) professional opinion- how we should manage the meal? Her advise for 2 days it is normal, but NOT huge portion, BUT before and after strickter diet, and more exercise, in that way we keep the balance between food and and diet. What do you think Mocis about it?
What is "burpies" I don't know? But if it is mean maybe I don't want to know?!:)
How's everyone?
How are you all getting on with Christmas shopping etc?
:-)
Well, things have been better today in Melbourne and I did go to the gym and had a great workout.
I did "burpies" do you know those mean exercises?
They are really hard.
Anyway, I have been measured today and even though the scales don't seem to show much change, I have lost 20.5cm all over! How cool is that! It is 1/5 of a meter! I am quite satisfied with that change over my 10 weeks at the gym!
I think no Hunngarian, who didn't know dis joke!:))))))))
You're right, back in Hungary I've got sore throat and didn't help ANY medicine. My son who ususally going there and back told me, he has the same problem, and the reason is the contaminated air (smog/smoke =cars) in Budapest. And it was true as soon I've got back here in Brisbane, the whole sore throat just gone!!
Of course people living home, haven't got these problem, because their body adjusted to the climate.
Hehe Brizzy! Good idea! 'Course I know what you mean! LOL
I will be back at the gym tomorrow morning! I think my throat might be sore from all the smoke. Melbourne is blanketed in it from the bushfires! Awful(both the smoke and the fires).
