killer queen is such a fantastic mixture of the french chanson and their new-age-peculiar rock. i absolutely adore this song. i think it's one of their best placed hits.
well, yeah. Patient is important, coz you need to talk to the costumers, you always need to be friendly and smiley.It's a good exercise,though. I'd never really had much patient. :)

my favourite is killer queen.:D and i like it very much too, when he sings that hungarian folk-song, it's really touching, but i don't like the advertisement at all. this was a beautiful gesture from freddie mercury, in 1986., and it's galling, to make an advertisement, like this. i don't know this expression in english; "kegyeletsértő". it is like this, when one of tv channels, i haven't remember, which occasion, made holograms of dead singers, like attila kaszas, and other singers, who is alive, sing "together" with the deads. it's really disgusting, and hurtful, in my opinion! what could feel friends and family-members of these dead artists?
i don't like istvan tabani, he is a really good singer, but...i miss something from his singing, i don't know, why...but it's just my opinion, and in opposite of that, he absolutly deserved the first place.

Here is the soultion: watch films and read books in English on regular basis :D This way you can be up-to-date :) And if you have the possibility talk to people too.
I have been working with and for UK customers for 6 years now on a daily basis. Actually, I do find it pretty entertaining. :)
But in five years time they will speak something completely different...
Everyday language changes day to day.
No, you don't study formal language at school. You study formal and informal Englis as well, but languages change very fast, and coursebooks can't keep up with them. They are updated all the time, but it's really hard. And English is so widespread, it's spoken in so many parts of the world and there are so many dialects and varieties, so which one to teach?
Or read books with young people in them (like Twilight - Alkonyat) because they talk a lot and use the everyday language.
You should watch films in English with English subtitle on. Very good way to learn the "spoken" language. Or watch TV shows.
yeah, i see:) yes, this is not so good, in my opinion, that, in the school we study the really formal language. it is necessary, i understand that, but we don't know the day to day expressions. we learn just slangs of texting, but these are just not so gainful, because these are just include numbers, and shorts.
