Nekem sem tetszik minden külföldi tulajdonrész-szerzése és egyetértenék egy erősebb kontrollal, bár én is vásároltam ingatlant külföldön.
Megjegyzem, hogy speciálisan a termőföld értékesítése, mint olyan, még magyar és magyar felek közt is komoly bürokrácia, a jogszabály és az elővásárlási jog miatt.
Vedd meg a románok elöl a házakat.
Nem hinném hogy bármi közöd lennem, ha valaki eladja a telkét egy románnak vagy bárki más külföldinek
